Venue Hire - Our main function area including a fully equipped stage is available to hire free of charge for large parties as the additional bar takings cover the function room overheads. We do however charge £50 to cover the cost of the additional bar staff required. A fully refundable cash deposit of £100 is also required to cover the cost of potential breakages, damage and excessive cleaning.Entertainment - We have a resident DJ, however should you wish you are more than welcome to organise your own entertainment for the evening. Should you wish to make use of our resident DJ please mention this at the time of booking.
Food - The use of our kitchen facilities is included in the function room hire, and you are welcome to use this area to serve pre-prepared food. We are also able to arrange storage facilities for pre-prepared food on the day of your function.
Bar Prices - As you would expect both you and your guests will be able to purchase drinks at the same great value-for-money prices as our members for the duration of your visit.
Bookings - Wooburn Club is a very popular venue with a busy schedule. To avoid disappointment you are advised to book early as we are often fully booked several months in advance.
